Email vip.xiaonezha@gmail.com with your purchase email. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Once refunded, your license key is revoked.
Refunds after 14 days are handled case by case — for example if a core feature stops working due to an X website change and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
